Working with young people online means safeguarding comes first. Everything we do is designed so that you can see exactly what is happening, and feel completely confident.

A written transcript of every session is taken and made available to you as a parent. We will even show you how to analyse those transcripts with AI, so you can see exactly how your child is getting on. Nothing your child does with us is ever hidden.
Every tutor is chosen as much for their values as for their teaching, is reference checked, and works to clear safeguarding boundaries.
You are always welcome to sit in. We agree clear boundaries on how AI and your child’s data are used, and there is a safeguarding contact you can talk to at any time.
We follow a written safeguarding and child protection policy, and we keep the personal information we hold to the minimum we need. If anything ever worries you, however small, we want to hear about it.
